In January I had received an order for a CD on half.com.I complied with instructions and shipped it next day.I also paid for a delivery confirmation for this boxed item.
45 days later I rec'd an email from half.com that the buyer did not receive the package.
I went to the USPS site and put in the tracking number and it shows the package had been received.
I emailed back half.com the info on this.
Today I looked at my feedback on half.com and the buyer has ruined my 5/5 rating by writing such a scathing feedback-it makes me look like a major thief!
According to half.com,buyers are protected from non-delivery.
I feel I went *Beyond* my duty as a seller by paying for out of my own pocket a for a delivery confirmation.
Is there an email address to write to half.com.
There is nothing listed on their site for "Customer service" or a contact address.
Every configuration I write to bounces back to me as no such address([email protected],etc,etc...)...

I buy from half.com all the time and I have head to email them occasionaly. They do respond but it takes a few days. Go to the site and click on the help desk. Then click on the half.com wizard. Next there should be a link where you can email customer service. Good Luck!!

As a seller, I've never got half.com to answer me.
I don't hold out much hope that you'll receive a reply, much less any activity on their part.
Kind of like taking EBAYs customer "service" to the nth degree.
