Today was the first time I have had to report something to safe harbor. How long does it generally take for them to respond. Does anyone know? Thanks!

I have been involved with them on shield bidding. Contacted them fri morning got response that afternoon. Had to contact them again on Sun morning but got canned response and got real response this afternoon. Hope this helps and good luck
