Sorry to hear of your issues. The issue, at times, is not always with the site. It can be busy at times and prevent access, but it is generally very temporary.
I would recommend doing the following:
1. Clear your cache before trying to go in again. Sometimes old information "hangs" in the cache.
2. Make sure you are working off of the latest version of your browser.
In some cases---it can be a connectivity issue for your ISP.
(Engineering is also working on some items to make the site faster--- as well as dealing with the load issue during peak access times).
