Okay, here's one for you people:
I have a friend who is just getting her first computer and has never used one before. She cares for her mother, who is an invalid, and the computer will be wonderful for her.
She is interested in selling some of her autographs on ebay but doesn't have a credit card (or a checking account). And she feels strongly that she doesn't want a credit card. (I guess it's cash for everything.)
She wants to know if it's essential to use a credit card when you sell on ebay (for ebay's deduction of listing fees etc. etc. ) and is there a way ebay can bill her for what she owes. I promised I'd ask my buddies at AW. Thoughts?

I think you can't have a balance of more than $25.00 on ebay if you don't have a credit card on file. After you reach $25.00, you have to pay ebay by check or money order to be able to list again.
