What are you customer support needs as a Seller on Ebay or other auction sites??

A) Customer support???

B) Email support within 24 hours is fine.

C) I need an 800 number!!

Other than the rare need for Safeharbor, I get along just fine.

None of the above.

After 1000's of auctions, both buying and selling, under 3 accounts for 3 years I just ain't had a pressing need to get in touch with 'em.

And when they want me, they manage to find me okay.

I haven't needed to contact them for anything. But, if I do I would prefer a live person. I don't have the patience to wait 24 hours for an answer.

Hi Folks,

Selection A is a humorous way of saying very little to no support. Sorta like the ebay way.
