Hey all,
Just want to make sure this is legit and not a scam.
I tried signing up for Billpoint and their automated system balked at my PO BOX address (I get everything sent there). I sent them an e-mail and was told I need to provide them with my phone number and the best time to call so that they can call me. According to the e-mail they sent me they do not have incoming phone lines.
Has this happened to anyone else? Before handing over my person info in an e-mail I just want to make sure this is legit.

Hi. You can use your po box # for billpoint as your mailing address, but you have to put in your street address. Then you should be ok. Disregard this if you live in your post office box.

When I first signed up for BillPoint, it wouldn't let me register even though I'd been "invited" to join. I wrote them a blistering email.
They must have pulled my contact info because I got a series of phone calls from them staying with me until the situation was resolved. Impressed the heck out of me. They even called back a day or so later to make sure everything was working fine.
