I just had over 10 auctions canceled by eBay due to (they say) adult content. These were men's magazines from the 1950's posted in magazines men's. All featured pin-up pics with-out frontal nudity but were all number one issues. The one that did have nudity was a 1955 issue with the Marilyn Monroe calendar . eBay it's self featured the original Monroe calendar photo on eBay premier just a few weeks ago for crooning out loud! Now there are over 150 other auctions just like mine still going on in the same catagory. I pointed this out to eBay and of course got the "it sucks to be you" canned responce.
Sheesh what a world.

Realize it wasn't eBay, they don't have time to do such, it was one of your competitors, happens all the time. Someone reported you, and most likely a competitor.
No double standard, just a flea market mentality, which is what the Neighborhood Watch creates.

Same thing happened to me after I negged a deadbeat bidder and re-listed the items. I get a message from eBay that they "shifted" all of my auctions to the "Adult" category (when exact same things were currently being auctioned under a different category). Then, got a message from "Xavier" saying that an auction had been cancelled. I e-mailed back to eBay and asked about the category change and asked them why MINE had been changed and not the others. I also e-mailed "Xavier" to find out what auction had been cancelled. Never got a response from either e-mail. So...I suspected my "deadbeat" bidder was somehow involved...but I tend to be paranoid in situations like this! If that were the case, though, would have been nice if eBay would have responded. Oh well...
