What I have done when faced with a similar situation was to tell the buyer that I will be glad to refund their money, less the fees that I had to pay eBay plus a small service charge. I take the listing fee, the FVF and round it up to the nearest whole dollar.
I do not accept Billpoint so I don't know how the logistics of sending her a refund or the possibility of her cancelling the Billpoint payment.
I have never left feedback in this type of situation. I figure, every once in a while, the buyer is actually telling you the truth. That comes from the fact that once I accidentally bought a movie poster instead of the video I was looking for. Accidents do happen.
As an alternative, you can file the NPB form and select the reason that both the buyer and the seller mutually agreed to cancel the sale.
