I have 3 emails registered at Paypal and was under the impression I could receive money sent to any of those three. However, I just had my mother run a test and only the primary would work. The other showed I wasn't registered. I can log in under any of the three addresses though. Did she enter something wrong or does only the primary accept money?

Hi,
I think they have a new system, that will only show the money recieved to the email address the sender used. So she would have to send money to all three for it to show up in all three.
Thanks,
Debbie

The "You've Got Cash" e-mail will go to the specific address it was sent to. But, the "Cash" should go into the account regardless of which e-mail it was sent to. Sounds like maybe a typo in the e-mail address?

Hi,

This sounds like it could be an issue of a typo or the incorrect domain name was used in the email address when the payment was sent (such as using .net instead of .com).

Please have them review the email address payment was sent to.

Thanks for the responses! Sorry I vanished but we've been without power for a couple days. What fun! LOL! She was sure the address was entered right but I'll have her double check. I figured payment would be accepted for all 3 addresses but wanted to check.
