Well it has happened to me. I got my pics and description STOLEN by another seller with only 18 feedback.

It was brought to my attention by another eBayer.

I wrote safeharbor and I wrote her through "ASK SELLER A QUESTION"

The e-mail was sent to me, with addressed to me and sent by me. Its like I wrote myself the question(or comment in this case).
Is that what is suppose to do? Is she going to get a copy of it.

Her auction is only a 5 day auction she started it after mine and it ends tommorrow.
What can I expect from safeharbor?
Will they shut it down? Warn her? Suspend her?

Thing of it is I probably would not have cared had she waited till my auction ended.

Its for sure I won't have another one of those to sell anytime soon.

Yes, you get an identical copy.
(It confuses me, too, but at least you know ebay sent your question.)

Thanks capotasto,
Thats what I wanted to know.
I decided that since it could take safeharbor days to act on this that I would write her a note advising her of being reported. Maybe she will do the right thing and shut it down herself.

Sign up and become a member of ebays VERO program then you can file a statement with them . And they will immediatley end the offending auction

Safeharbor will do nothing I have been that route and the person in question still is using my pictures. I was not aware of vero at the time it happened to me

She took her auction down.
I told her she could use the pics but she had to wait a week or 2 before relisting with them.

I'll just start signing my pics, its real easy to do with the editing program that I have.

I suppose its done all the time(stealing photos) but since I hardly ever go back and do searches on stuff once I've sold it, I wouldn't know if my pictures are being used or not.
You know what they say "what you don't know won't hurt you".

In this case, its not right to copy while the original auction is still up and running.
