I use Quickbooks to take care of all my accounting. It's very easy to use, even my accountant uses it. I've been using it for my auctions since 1998 and it's wonderful!

We use Quickbooks for auction accounting and Shooting Star from Foo Dog Software for post auction management.

For basic managment we use AuctionTamer - great program, the best customer support in the industry - and we use Quicken.

I use Clarisys - a freeware program out of Canada, that works just fine - I'm not using the full functions, just the General Ledger portion, but it has a full Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and invoicing system included.

My auction details are in my Excel spreadsheet, and I transfer the monthly totals into the accounting software each month to come up with my monthly "financials".
