I sent a Paypal payment to a seller, but she said she didn't receive it. I triple checked the e-mail address and name, and it matches hers. Has anyone else had this problem lately?

I have an email address that is VERY similar to another PayPal user. I have 4 buyers who sent payments and typed in the email address that is almost the same as mine. They are furious that I won't send the items because it shows in their account that the payment was completed but doesn't show completed in mine or that I ever received a payment from them. The other person has the same last name as mine. My first name is Betty, the other person's is Bobby. This has caused me much grief. PayPal has done nothing about getting these buyers their money back.

Thanks to all who replied. I paid RIGHT after the auction, and 24 hours later she said she didn't receive it. I e-mailed her my confirmation letter from Paypal, and copied and pasted to her the e-mail address and Full Name that I sent the money to (which matches hers down to the letter). Another 24 hours later she e-mailed me back and said she did receive it.
I guess the money must have gotten lost for a couple of days, or either she thought she was going to pull a scam on me. Now I just have to wait and see if I get what I paid for, since she didn't answer my question of when my item will be shipped off.
