Help, I am unable to access Paypal, but I am receiving payments, got two Payment emails this AM....anyone else having this problem? How about a phone number where I can contact them? Thanks in advance
The site did appear to have some troubles this morning, but this should be resolved at this time. Please clear your cache before accessing the site again.
Just a follow-up---I had reported that the site was up, but it is going to go down temporarily to solve some of the connectivity issues that users have been experiencing.
