Sorry if this one was already posted,
But I couldnt find anything,
Maybe i'm blind or something, but I've looked all over AW and I dont see the mailing option, all of my auctions and my store front have the option to join my mailing list,
But I dont know how to send one,
Could someone please tell me?
(where it is and how to use it,
I used to send out group emails to like 100 people,
So I'm sure this will be easier
Also, I sell only like 10% of my stuff on eBay, the rest is dirrect, can I use the same mailing list if they sign up?
I'm from Israel, so please use easy words, so I can actualy figure it out.
Thanks

I found this post in the message center-auction manager-storefronts. Hope it helps.

When you are on the Auction Manager tab, click on the 'customers' link.
This is where you store all of the email address.
Regards,
Christopher

If not you may want to put your post there to get an answer form AW.

I just wanted to say thanks for posting this question. I didn't know either, I just looked and I can't believe all the people that have signed up for my mailing list! Pretty cool!

Hi Christopher ,
Thanks I knew about the email
Address under the customers link,
But what do I do with them ?
Paste and click them to an email?
That's what I'm doing already,
I was hoping for an easier solution

You could go to list bot and get a free list bot add all the email addresses to the list bot to send out news and email to everyone all at once .

Hi Dman3,
O.K. I found the free one,
Had signed up, and all,
But here is my new question,
All my "mailing list" people
Had sign up for the one that I had with auctionw. So how do I import their email address to listbot?
Thanks
Laiochka

actually this will take a while the frist time but I think will be well worth it you will have to add each one by one click onthe join my list button and paste them.

it will take a biot of time but once its done youll have a great tool to use.

Just a stupid question,

(i'm guessing, Yes, but I wanna make sure

ok when your in the list bot control scroll to the bottom on the left you will see an invite link you can invite up to 10 people at a time they will receive a verification letter to reply too then they will be added to your list.

if you copy and paste the email addresses and use the same welcome or invite letter you should be able to invite all you list in just under an hour .

You can send emails to all at once are a selected few right here from AW. Just go to you list on the left there is a box the default say copy (I think) drop down the menu, the last item on the list is email. PRESTO! Type your email!

I have found you can only send 1 email per email address every ten days.

You will found more about this email stuff on the AuctionWatch Services - Auction Manager board.
