WHAT is the problem with relisting an auction with a reserve? I didn't use a reserve on the first auction...doesn't matter if the reserve is less than the first asking price. I get:
Reserve Price Too High
Your relisted item's reserve price must be less than or equal to the reserve price set in the initial listing of this item. Please go back and enter a reserve price less than or equal to %{1:: OldReservePrice}.

That sounds like it might be a good interpretation of the error message. Stinks though. This is one of those books people rarely would look for, it would help it draw attention with a low open, and protect me with a reasonable reserve.

You certainly can relist it with a reserve, but you can't take advantage of the listing fee refund that way. Gotta do it from scratch.
Ebay wants to make sure it sells the second time around so they get their cut!

If your auction has a reserve the first time, and you relist, ebay trys to strip it. Unless you manualy replace it, it's gone. Strange quirks with relisting reserve auctions. Be careful out there.
