Hi guys and girls. I am asking for a what would you do ?
I sold tow 45rpm records to a guy for $10.49 including shipping with 0 for a feedback and shades. My AW is set up for buyer notification. 3 days go by and no word. I email him a very polite email stating that my notification process must have a glitch so therefore this is my address and total with shipping blah, blah, blah.
I check email and the guy pays with billpoint. I look at the payment and his address is in Belgium. This statement was copied and pasted directly onto this board out of my auction description that he bid on.
"Buyer to pay $2.00 first class shipping. Insurance and other forms of shipping available upon request. IF YOU WOULD LIKE THIS ITEM TO BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, PLEASE E-MAIL ME AND REQUEST THE RATE PRIOR TO SENDING PAYMENT."

Well, I'd do the obvious and request the amount due to ship overseas. The only problem now is that if he pays again through Billpoint you get charged ANOTHER transaction fee. So maybe it would be easiest to just inflate the amount he owes you by a dollar to cover the additional transaction fees.
