Hello
I was just reading about the guy with the bidder who had the lengthy TOS and noticed that several of you said you would block him. I searched around Ebay and could not find out hoe to do that. Could you please tell me where to look? Thanks so much!

Or myebay, selling tab, seller tools at the bottom, first column, "block or preapprove bidders"
