Hi,
After recieving 10 or more negatives from vindictive buyers for non payment, do sellers observe a "nose dive" in their sales?

I think it depends on a few different things.

How many positives do you have? Did you respond to the retaliatory NEGS factually and state that they were retaliatory?

I think if you have plenty of positives to offset the negs, you don't have anything to worry about.
