Can I create 2 ID's at eBay? And is it OK to bid using 2 ID's (of course I won't use them in the same auctions). I am wondering about this because I need to setup a 2nd ID for my brother. Please help. Thanks.

You will need 2 different email addresses. You can use the same credit card but not the same email to set up different IDs.
