I just had a buyer tell me that they can't use billpoint with their WebTV - I don't see anything about trouble with that on the BillPoint site - only that WebTV is one of the acceptable browsers. Another of you guys had problems with this?

Yes, others have had problems with BillPoint and WebTV. There is a trick to getting it to work, I don't remember exactly but 2 keys have to be held down at the same time. Maybe someone remembers the process, I saw it once, but my memory isn't working this morning.

I have webtv and need some help from someone that has webtv too---Pictures on ebay----how to put them on--anyone else having problems like me----using auctionwatch how to put on pictures---need to list but need pictures----would appreciate it---

From an e-mail from Billpoint Customer Care, a workaround for WebTV users:
"To successfully pay for your item with Billpoint on Web TV, please follow these steps:
"1. Log in to pay for the Billpoint invoice.
"2. Tab down to the Place Order Button.
"3. SIMULTANEOUSLY hit the TAB and RETURN keys on your keyboard. These steps should complete the transaction for you."
This problem apparently has been going on for several weeks. (The above information was sent out in April.) Billpoint Customer Care says their engineers are aware of the problem and are working on it, but that in the meantime this workaround has been tested and does work.
