do they bill my cc on fille or is there a way i can add found
i would like to add say $20
so that i can post auctions and have the money taken out of that is there a way to do this
also it says my Account Balance is -$6.70
does that mean i owe that or it has been payed thanks

The -$6.70 means you owe.
You can make a one-time payment (a quasi-"deposit". Log into your "My Ebay" page. Click the Account tab. Scroll down; under "Account Related Links" there is an option to make a one-time payment. You can use a credit or debit card to "deposit" any amount you like.
Or, if you have a credit card on file, they will bill it automatially once per month.
