A buyer purchased two identical items off eBay from me. He stated he received both items in good condition and as described in the auction. He wants ten more, but doesn't like like the s&h fee I charge on each item ($4 for first, $1 per item thereafter).
So, he NEGS me on the two eBay transactions! Man, that steams me up! [angry] From your experience, what is the best way to handle this?
He has 265 unique positives, 4 neutral, and 4 negatives. Here is the buyer's neutral and negative feedback:

[edit]Just looked at his auction descriptions and he is against "handling" charges and only charges shipping[/edit]

Posting his feedback did nothing but confuse your questioning,
You want to know how to reply to his negatives right?
Reply factually and calmly with no caps please.
To try to make deals off auction like you did is to invite trouble. He probably would not have left you negatives had you bowed to his wishes or told him you'll put the others up for auction. Trying to gyp eBay out of their fees earned you two unnecessary and unfair negatives.
Reading his negatives and neutrals would have made me think twice about even accepting his bids.

Okay, I removed them.

No, not really. I will respond to it after I can comment calmly.

This is the first time it has invited trouble. I always include a link to my store web cart in my e-mail and have never had a problem until now.

I don't follow here. Even if I listed on this eBay, the buyer still would not agree with my S&H terms and could have negged me.
I hope to have his feedback removed as it had nothing to do with the actual transaction. He received his items on time and as I described in the auction. So, I may have cause to have his feedback removed:
The feedback, on its face, has absolutely no connection with eBay, such as personal comments about users, or feedback related to commercial transactions that were not conducted through eBay. [bolded by me] This includes feedback that contains any reference to another auction service, or feedback that advertises the goods or services of someone other than the user for whom the feedback was left.

You really don't want to attempt to get those feedbacks removed. You would have to explain the situation to ebay (that you were in violation of their TOS). It would be best just to eat the negs and move on.
