Recently, there was a class-action lawsuit filed against eBay by some autograph collectors. Apparently, eBay was not doing enough to crack down on fraudulent autograph sellers (WHAT? Nooooo, you MUST be kidding me!!!)
Well, they're up to their old tricks again: I was recently defrauded, and have verifiable 100% proof. eBay will do nothing, and will only do anything when postal fraud authorities contact them...don't hold your breath, the item is only cost $100 or so.
So, it would seem that the best route would be to find out more about the class action suit, plaintiffs, etc.
If anybody knows the e-mail, snail mail, etc. address as to how I can contact the class and/or lawers and judge, please do post it here (I'm sure THEY won't mind).
If posting of addresses is against the rules here, tell you what:
1) Make a temporary e-mail address on hotmail, and post it here
2) I'll make a similar one and write you
3) we'll pass it along using that mechanism.
That way, neither of us need fear getting hit with SPAM.
Thanks!!!!!

The only suit I am aware of for fraud in sports autographs and collectables was dismissed in Fed District court as against eBay. The court found eBay was only a "venue" and could not be held liable for the actions of sellers.
