I just had an auction end last night. Bidder zero feedback with sunglasses. Checked and has bid on 19 other auctions. I sent the eoa email and it was returned, the email address did not exist. I tried through Ebay's email system and it also came back.
Is there a way to cancel the auction and get my fees back? Or do I have to go through all the motions of npa and such?

Thanks for any help.

If the auction has ended, there is no way to cancel it.

Pull their user info (you can do so at http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?UserInformationRequest) to make sure it is legitimate. If so, call them. It is possible their email is down.

They had to submit a valid email address at one point in time to register with eBay, so it was valid at some point.
