Can someone tell me if they are experiencing these problems with the Ebay stores?
First, I just received a payment for an item I had listed in my store. I had no clue I had sold it. I go to my seller's list (closed auctions) and that auction says "no bids" and has a * to show the "listing" has ended.
Second, when I go to that "listing", it says "this item has been purchased"... and it does NOT tell me who purchased this item! It does not even tell me the date it ended!
Third - just out of curiosity, I clicked on "leave feedback for buyer" (to see if that would give me the buyer's ID). Well, it brings up your name & you have to enter your password and click on "show all transactions on an item" and THEN it brings up that one transaction and shows you the buyer's ID.
Is this going to be the new way you have to leave feedback?
What a mess.....
Anyone else find any major glitches? (And I sure do hope these are just glitches that will be fixed soon!)

To me, at least, this is just further proof that the "ebay store listing" is just a slightly modified version of a dutch auction. The feedback method you describe is exactly how you do it for a dutch auction.
In other words, they opted for a cheap solution using existing stuff rather than innovate a new solution. (Big surprise!)
As for the sale notification, I couldn't talk to that as I have not had any sales in my ebay store yet.

I haven't even gotten my store open yet.. 8) I was going to work on it tonight but with the Free Listing Day I'm working on that instead... Storefront will come this weekend I guess. 8) I'm very hopefully that this will reduce my fees greatly - we'll see about sales.. ...

Also..check your email and you should find one that is titled.."Ebay purchase confirmation"...that is the notice sent to both the purchaser and seller when someone buys an item from the store.
