I recently upgraded computers, and had to re-install/download Auction Submit...I had a problem registering (dang AOhelL!!)which has happened in the past....
I emailed AS support 3 times over 6 days, over 2 weeks ago and STILL have not recieved a response.
In the past I have found the AS support to be VERY fast and VERY helpful...does anyone out there know something I don't about AS?

During an update a few months ago, it wouldn't take for me, so I contacted them. They told me to reinstall the program and promised I wouldn't lose my listings. Huh! I lost everything. They tried to help and couldn't, so they quit answering emails.

Never had a problem with them or the software, and I have 4 copies running at the same time, that way I can batch load similar items at the same time.
