A (0) feedback seller started an auction on the morning of July 3rd. It was for a downloadable "self help" pamphlet. In just four hours, he got 12 bids, all from (0) feedback buyers.

Then this successful auction, with a non-inventory product, that had barely been on eBay long enough to be listed in by category was shut down so he could sell to the buyers.

And guess what? Nine of those twelve new eBayers were able to pay for, receive their product, and leave feedback on July 3rd! So this "seller" went from (0) to (9) in about six hours (why eBay removed the timestamp from the feedback profiles I don't know).

Now this seller has graduated into shady travel vouchers and other such items. (One auction has over 50 bids). I e-mailed eBay...something doesn't add up.
