I had an auction end 6/26. I emailed the high bidder with the EOA info and it returned as undeliverable. I tried emailing them through Ebay's system and it was returned also. So I waited 3 days, maybe there was a problem with their email. No response. I again tried to email them and it came back. I requested there information from Ebay and called the person today. They have zero feedback.
She sounded confused as to what she had actually purchased, why did she have to pay for delivery confirmation, how can she get her item quickly-she really needs it(!), her ISP was acting up and she had surgery on her right hand on and on and on. She ended up giving me an email address that is a cell phone number that I guess she can check her email on that.
I sent her 2 emails: 1. EOA info and 2. A request of payment from Paypal-since she was in a "hurry" to get her item.
My question: Can I email the other sellers who are dealing with her to see what the response has been?
The amount I'm waiting on is not that much. I even asked the bidder if she still wanted the item, as I had no problem relisting it and recouping my losses if she changed her mind.
What do I do?

It sounds as though you were able to make contact with the winner within the week of the auction closing, am I understanding right? The auction now ended 2 weeks ago, and you've yet to receive payment, despite the fact the winner is in a hurry to get the item.
I'm sorry to say this doesn't sound too hopeful. I'd file a NPBA, which of course might bounce as well but that isn't your problem. You've done your best. Then in 10 days do the FVF and neg.

I've done this but am VERY careful in my wording to them so as not to be construed as any kind of interference.
Dear Fellow Seller,
I am seller XYZ on ebay and we have a mutual customer, ABC. I have had some difficulty in reaching ABC and wondered if you have been able to reach them successfully?
Any information which you can share would be gratefully appreciated.
LMO Seller
That way, the seller can check out the info for themselves & see the buyer IS a mutual buyer, but you offer no opinion as to their validity as a buyer.
Good luck! Most sellers are willing to share information so long as it doesn't invade anyones privacy.
