For those of you taking the summer off from listing anything, are you getting as antsy as I am? I am sort of enjoying the break, and spending more time with my kids, but I also really miss not having auctions running, watching the bids come in, and especially having the cash flow!

I have searched the categories I usually list in, and the bids look waaaaaaay down, so I know I'm doing the wise thing by holding off a few months yet, but man! I miss the rush of selling!!! Anyone else??

I am currently trying to build up my inventory again, so I know what you mean! I found a "treasure" last night, am dying to list it, but have been advised by friend to wait til fall and garner more $$. It's going to kill me! And I hate being without anything to "watch", and the excitement of the bidding wars! COME ON FALL!!!

I can't afford a break, but that's good because I'm getting bids again.

I may take part of August off. August of last year was not that great for me.

So, when does the "season" start?

I have cut down on the number of listings and am saving up the "hot" stuff until after Labor Day. But I am just beginning to develop a name/reputation for myself and I didn't think it would be a good idea to disappear for the summer. Next year, assuming I am still playing this game, I will definitely shut down for the summer. I would take advantage of the break to take all the pics and write all the listings for fall auctions.

I'm going to have to take a break soon until September, but it is because I am moving 1000 miles! Packing up my inventory and moving it does not thrill me. The good news is that when I get to the other side, I will be doing on-line businesses I have full time, which is exciting.

Ha - that's a great idea! Exactly what I said I would do w/ my summer break. Now ask me how many pics I've taken and how many auctions I've written!

I know I'll be kicking myself in a couple months when I'm swamped getting auctions ready and could've had a lot of the work done!!

Come on NEFISH, Get with it!! Take some pictures, write up some listings!! Stop enjoying the nice weather you are having!!

You know you can always watch my auctions that are running!! When they are over, you can say to yourself "yep, this is why I'm on vacation!!" (well, except when you get almost $20 for a $.50 item! Those are still nice to get! hhehehe)

Guess who.
