users when aol is pretty bad when it comes to creating bogus accounts? I was told when one has a aol account, he can create up to 8 different aol emails. Ebays require CC verification on all emails but aol. Yet aol to me is just as bad as hotmail or yahoo!

Here is a example, I noticed this seller who continues to shill bid bidders by having one of his 8 alias comes in and shill bids the bidder to the reserve, and when one of the 8 alias wins, they just retract the bids! I contacted safeharbor on him 4 month ago, and all the ever did was forever NAU 4 of the bogus id, and they suspended his seller account for 15 days but that was 4 month ago! He is still constantly shill bidding, and they havent done a darn thing, had he had a hotmail account, he will need 8 CC to do what he does, but since he has aol, he can constantly do what he does!

What bugs me is I USED to get a human response from safeharbor, but all I ever get is a canned reponse now, basically saying they wount do anything! Does ebay now accept shill bidding for it brings money to them? I am at loss here!
