eBay actually has a whole category for mannequins... 222 of them currently. I only know this because my sister has a couple listed right now...

most any city of any size has somebody selling used store equipment.
There is one about 20 miles south of me ,another 60 miles north we used to buy lots of stuff from them when we had the store.
also watch for auctions of stores. we bought a bunch af fixtures one time at a remodeling auction.
It seems like it might be worth your while evan if you had to drive a bit to save on shipping and see it hands on.

I want to buy one locally used, how can I find out who sells them...is it listed in the yellow pages? Under what?

As far as auctions...the ones locally are a mix of stuff and didn't want to have to sit through 3+ hours to wait for the mannequin.

I would look under used store fixtures, you also might try talking to the owners of small dress shops or other small businesses as to who sells used store fixtures locally.
both of the stores in my area are on main streets and I found them just by riding by. When we had the store I would stop in anytime I was in the area to see what new stuff they had. I never used mannequins but the one store usually had 20 or 30 of them as you walked in.

I saw one on Bargain and Haggle (hope I can say that on this eBay thread). Do a search for mannequin - it may still be there. Don't remember the price.
