Having trouble with a bidder paying on an auction...

Anyone have a place to find a Collection agency that works off/with auctions? Not a lot of money ..bout $150 left to pay..but need to get it collected and over with..
any help appreciated.

I've heard very GOOD things about:

And very BAD things about

Virginia Court whatever.com
