I came across an auction that said their item was like ***. It followed with: NoTiCE! This is *not* keyword spam. eBay says you can have one comparison in your auctions.
If this is true..I think that is great! Anybody know for sure? Thanks!

Do you really want to take a chance with one of the drones at ebay customer service deciding whether to end the auctions or suspend you or not?

Well, if you bend and twist eBay's words around, it could appear true, but it's not.

Pretty funny! Sounds like a seller who got turned in and got a ruling.

Actually there are certain circumstances under which you can make a comparison to a brand name.

Here's ebay's rules on keyword spamming. Look under the "Improper Use of Brand Names" section for the circumstances.
