...package USPS Media about a week ago. Checked the shipment status out of curiosity and guess what? Said package was scanned and delivered in Cincinatti, OH.

Problem is it was supposed to go to NJ!

Should I be concerned? If so, what should/can I do?

you might want to double check.

i had a package going to Calif. from Ohio. 2 weeks after it was delivered it still showed as enroute in Cincinatti. Go Figure!

At least you had something shown! Many of my DC always show "enroute" even after the buyer has received the item. They apparently never get scanned at the other end.

When my PO told me that packages insured for over $50 were also scanned so maybe I didn't need to add DC too, I checked some of my previously sent packages that I knew had been delivered/received.

One of those showed that my item had been delivered in a totally different state the day before I had even mailed it!

I was told that the system does have glitches. That was apparently a glitch!

Print out the page and take it to your local PO and ask about it.
