Who eats the paypal fees?

I have a buyer who sent me payment again! I guess I don't mind absorbing it since the total was only $3 (did the % change? first time they took .37c, this time they took .39c).

I'm more worried about why she sent me payment twice. I already shipped her stuff a month ago. This auction is nearly 3 months old and I thought it was closed. I just deleted it from my records.

I guess this is more of a question for future reference. I don't know what I'm gonna do about her item if she didn't get it, but I am just going to send back her second payment.

They probably went in to there past paypal payments to send another seller money and clicked your address this happens.

Both of you will pay fees in less the user your refunding too has a free account.

You pretty much only owe them the amount that ended up in your account. The fees went to Paypal, they need to get them back from PayPal.
