How long does it take for safeharbor to get into action and get back with a person who has reported a fraud case? I'm wondering if I shouldn't go ahead with getting the Postal Authorities involved, or if I should wait. It has been about three days and I've heard nothing.

If you believe you have fraud, get the USPS involved.

My experience with safe harbor has been much quicker than that. Maybe I'm just lucky, but usually I have a response within 24 hours.
