Could eBay be violating more Govermental Acts? I've heard references to these acts and eBay:

COPPA (and it's bastard offspring, COPA)

Native American Grave Reperations Act (I think that was it)

Whistleblowers Act (Don't know why someone would imply this...)

And a few more I can't think of right now...


What relevance would some of these acts have on eBay??
