I have a customer who is unhappy with a item, claiming its bootleg which its not, alot of other sellers buy the same item the same place I do.Anyway I have told this person to return the item and I will give a full refund, and they want me to give a full refund before they send the item back, which I don't do.My question is if a person did a chargeback on Paypal or Billpoint,do they have to return the item back to the seller to get a refund?

I don't believe they can tell there CC company they have the item and still file for charge back.

and burdon is on them to prove if the Item is or isn't bootleg, if they do file and the merchant presses they could be in trouble for fraud them selves.

Problem being that the merchant is billpoint or paypal they wont press the issue they will just return the funds to the buyer.
