I am seeking your help in cleaning up eBay from sellers listing products that should not be listed. Since joining eBay in March of this year, I have reported many sellers to eBay and got their products cancelled, but cannot do it alone, so I need your help. It is a dirty game, but someone has to be the spy.

What do YOU sell?

As long as the product is legal you have not a thing to say about it.

If I do not like YOUR type of wares then I will make it my business to hound you out of business and then see how you like it.

What goes around comes around.

Sorry to disagree with some comments here. I will report to eBay my competitors who break eBay rules. This is not my trading name.

I tried once -- it was a clear violation of copyright and the seller's photo even showed that it was. But ebay wouldn't budge since I wasn't the VERO (stupid program).

WEll Good for you UK but that isnt what the poster is saying they are up to.

as I read it they registered with Ebay Just back in march and from the looks of it just to be an ebay net cop.

they didn't say they turned in some competitor, they say they have been trying to clean up ebay since becomeing a member a mere 5 month after becomeing a member.

This is a sickness running through the online community over the past year very sick when you think about it people with nothing better to do but Trash other people lives and business in the name of cleaning up ebay or the online auction community.

some peoples sales on Ebay must be very sad and slow if they were doing any type of real selling or money makeing they wouldn't have time to play games with other people lives.

Not to mention its getting so bad many are become afaird to post on any of these message boards for real help and advise anymore.

I have a life for auction if anyone's interested. I even have a "Get one now!" price.

Bardandtrav, since you have signed with eBay, you have no feedback, but 5 bid retractions. You bid on seller’s auctions, and then retract you bids, you seem like a fraud, maybe a shill bidder.

well kennycam one thing is for sure if there were enough people bidding auction and retracting it would clean up ebay as the sellers all went broke.

I'm curious as to what factors are used to determine whether or not an item should be listed. Such a statement could be interpreted to mean that if someone finds a particular item offensive, they may try to get the auction canceled, even though the item is legal to sell...

It may be pertinent to add that eBay users in UK are barred from eBay USA adult sites!

And just how are we supposed to join your army of the righteous if we don't know what you consider to be "products that should not be listed"?

Care to elaborate a little here?

When trolling for troops, one must give a little detail.

Sounds good to me. I am disgusted by certain religious figurines being offered. Also anytrhing containing the word "democrat". And user IDs containing the alcoholic letters "bar".
