The other day I got a hacker program in a email from a fellow ebayer.

The program was Troj_Hacktack_2K , this program or trojun was sent direct not as an attachment. I always open my email through a program my server has and thus it did not get into my machine , it still is in my email cache.

My question is what should I do about it turn this person it to ebay , the FBI , or just forget it. I emailed the sender letting them know of my disapproval needless to say I got no response.

Are you sure this was done on purpose? Many viruses are passed on from user to user without their knowledge. This person could have been sent the virus, and is now spreading it without knowing it.

I am not sure but I don't think this program is one that mails itself.

....and now.. to thank Auction Watch for another great pop-up
