We have been shipping ups for 2 years.
I had a question on shipping times. We incur around 7-8k in shipping costs monthly but in the last 2 years we have never even taken upon ourselves to even check certain packages and say audit when they left and when they reached the customer as far as service. I know we don’t have any control over that but I was just wondering if we are going to be surprised at the length of time on selected packages as far as going across the country or various areas or are we going to find a consistent delivery on time by UPS. Often we have customers that have left us neutrals for slow shipping but we have never had time to find out if it was UPS at fault. Do you think we are going to be surprised by going in and tracking a few packages and seeing some occasional slow shipping or will we find that UPS is nice, tidy, and fast?
