Just wondering if anybody else has had a problem getting the USPS international rates page to come up. 90% of the time mine says "unable to open file"...Indicia says it`s a problem with USPS...I`m using a Mac with Virtual PC and everything else works fine...thanks

Probably your Mac.

Seriously, I've had no problems, but I'm using a real PC and not an emulator.

That's a really good question. Harry just put an answer to another question so he'll probably be around here soon. When I had a Mac (and this has been a while ago) the PC emulators were very unpredictable. Hope you get things worked out.
