A newbie (only 1 feedback) had bidded early on my item and drove the price up to a decent one (about what the item was worth). He used the Ask A Seller A Question feature to e-mail me this morning that if he won, he did not intend to complete the transaction.

I'm glad he let me know, but it is still kind of upsetting considering the auction ends today. I canceled his bid and now the highest bid is the minimum price I put on the item.

Since I ran a history on his ID and he is bidding on a lot of the types of items that I sell, I wanted to ban him from bidding on my stuff again. I was thinking Ebay had this feature but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Do they? What is it? How do I apply it?

Many thanks!
