I seem to be having a never ending problem
with signing in on eBay. They seem to
acknowledge that I am signed in as the
icons across the top change to only show
the sign-out option, but I cannot leave
feedback or change my preferences. Trying
to leave feedback puts me in a loop to
sign in again, and get this, even the screen
requesting sign in shows only the sign out
option in the icon bar at the top!
I am running IE5.5 with cookies and scripts
enabled and eBay is not in a restricted
security zone.
Just curious, how many people are having
similar problems?

I am in the Capital are of New York , I am on cable Modem and we are haveing all kinds of trouble with the Internet here.
not sure this message will even get posted but can not get email in or out at all here took me nearly two hours to navigate this far.
from where I sit at this time I would say blaming ebay or any web company for connection troubles would be a big mistake.
Keep in mind phone company reps are saying they are just getting some basic services back online now for the phones.
routeing has to be very odd right now from point to point.
