This buyer bought an $153 item, only sent $153 via Paypal, 3 days after he file a Squaretrade complained that he sent the payment and never received good. The 4th day, he reverse the Paypal payment. He's not a newbie, registered since 1998 with 23 feedbacks. Not sure what he's trying to do.

email him and ask.....
"Hi (xxx), thanks for payment of purchase price of (item), the balance will be $___.__ for s&h if you are within USA (or your country) via surface mail. If you prefer Priority shipment please remit $___.__. If you are an international customer please send your complete address so I may have your package weighed and inform you of the postage charge.
I have received a notice of a PayPal chargeback, I wonder if this is a mistake, please let me know.
