Hello Auctionwatchers. Does anyone using Endicia/Dazzle for their online postage know Endicia's phone number? I've recently upgraded my computer and re-installed the software, and I need to get the Endicia program to print postage. The program won't do it yet, and tells me to go to Program/Account setup on the menu, but nothing happens each time I've tried it. It's the ONLY menu that won't work, and the very one that I need to get back to my usual postage printing routine. At this point, the program will only print sample postage, but no actual postage, even though I have funds in my Endicia account.
I couldn't find Endicia's toll free number anyplace, so any tips would be greatly appreciated.
