If you are going to send cash, pls. take part of the following info that I got from the Swedish Mail Information:

[b]The people that steal money from envelopes have a very good mind for which letters that actually contains money. If the letter has obvious evidence of not containing ordinary mail, photos or anything un-valuable, it is, unfortunately, suspicious. (Especially if the envelope is very thin and sealed with tape.) Also if they can feel anything even remotely, like dollar bills, they will try to find out what it is. My advice is to always send cash in a registered letter when the payment amount is high. Otherwise, if using the ordinary mail, try sending a big thick letter that looks like it could contain almost anything.
