I know the feeling. Usually list 25-30 auctions a day. Up to 2:30 am EST listing for morning launch. All errors. Annoucement board says problem fixed - NOT!
No reply from AW. What's up?

Me Too...This is getting OLD fast. Why won't anyone from AW acknowledge these concerns and problems. It seems they won't make any $$ without our being able to list our items.

Me too. It's very frustrating and I'm getting ready to walk away from my computer and go do something else. Ebay had announced yesterday afternoon (about the same time that I started getting error messages from Auction Manager) that the Nimda Worm had infected their iPix services affecting listings using that service. Is it possible that Nimda has wormed itself into other areas of Ebay? My error messages said "The data returned from the auction site was unexpected." I haven't received any replies to my e-mails to Auction Watch either; my guess is that they are overwhelmed with messages when something like this happens. Whaddya gonna do?

I want to add my voice, couldn't list Ebay last night via AW, this morning, I got 4 to go through.
Started some new ones this morning to get a good day of work in and getting the same frustrating message I got last night.
Wrote AW last night, no response yet. Could it be a tricky combination of payment methods like the problem was before that we have to tick off to make it go through?

Hi, couldn't put on auctions last night also, emailed AW no answer yet. I see it was off line and now working but I still couldn't load up 25 auctions. I deleted the pending and reload the saved batch and still get this error Internal Processing Failure. What is going on , has anyone heard from AW? I just emailed them for the second time.

What the hell is going on?? I have so many auctions to list and I keep getting some "unexpected error". I've emailed AW twice about this and still no answer. It seems that there fees are going up but service is getting worse. Yup, AW is begining to look like a typical company these days.

I don't know about this Nimda Worm business, but I can assure you it's not an eBay problem. I can launch my auctions with no trouble with my auction software.

I've been launching auctions (from another service) with no problem whatsoever, so it's NOT ebay, it's AW...
Good luck to all of you using AW!

I also wanted to add my "two cents" worth! I have received the same message regarding erros for my auctions that were to be launched last night. I really like the ease of Auction Watch listing and the fact that I can schedule my times but........I need something reliable! I would feel better about it if they answered emails or put out an explanation!

Same problem here. AW has no trouble raising fees but when it comes to problems they won't even answer emails. I have already sent three. Does anyone know of any other listing services similar to auction watch? I would switch in a heartbeat.

The latest update on the auction manager page said they are working on fixing it and that it will be fixed "shortly".

Can you guys/gals please suggest other auction listing services similar to AW in features but definetly NOT in customer service. Its interesting that they'll never have a problem with it comes to charging my credit card but when it comes to the services they offer... nuf said.

I keep getting "Invalid site data" on the ones I am trying to launch.
I did contact AW and Sonya emailed me back saying: My auction title may be too long,
I have eliminated site specific data,
My browser may not be javascript
enabled.
I never had any problems launching before this week and am very frustrated right now.

I've been using Mr. Lister with AW pics. I know it costs a little more to do pics that way but it works smoothly. Also your potential customers do not have to click to enlarge the pics when you do pics that way.
It only takes a few seconds for Mr. Lister to send the auctions to ebay and it only takes a few seconds when you decide to launch your auctions from ebay. Works for me.

Everyone,
The Customer Care staff has posted a thread in the Services Forum concerning this situation. You can access it here:

Please post your questions in the Services Forum, where Customer Care will be happy to assist you. In the meantime, I'm going to lock this thread as it is not in the proper forum.
