Whenever I do a search for my "wants" on ebay, I run into "Recipes for..." whatever. Why would somebody "buy" a recipe when they are free on such places as epicurious.com, ketchem's kitchen, Amish Penn Dutch, etc, etc.?and 100's of other sites. What am I missing?

Very good question. And a lot of them are "sent through e-mail", you have to print it out yourself. A lot of them have multiple bids!!

Weird.

Hello there, glassfriend... Hi, jubilee

Ebay DOES do strange things, and pays for advertising in the strangest places:

Not long ago, I wanted to do a new search (meaning using another search engine, like Lycos or whatever) for STOCK MARKET QUOTES...I click on a link...cannot remember the name of the actual link, something like "stocks today"...and Lo! I find myself...yes! on ebay....???saywhat????

Gosh Shosh
