I have TWO bidders right now (both with low fb) who's e-mails have bounced repeatedly. I tried using the "Send This Auction To A Friend" feature on the auction page, but even that said that it couldn't send to them either.

Now what do I do? Is there an e-mail at eBay I should use to tell them these bidders are unreachable? I'm afraid of being negged by a couple of newbies because I can't reach them, and I've tried repeatedly!

Help!

You could try pulling their contact info, and giving them a call.

Or you can go this route.

Dead/invalid email addresses - This is determined when an email address bounces
repeatedly (usually an error message that the email address or mailbox is unknown
or invalid). If you'd like to report this, include the bounce message in your report.
